Phillip Island Nature Parks is a not-for-profit organisation who have 5 attractions on Phillip Island. There’s a range of indoor and outdoor activities, from up-close encounters with penguins, virtual tours at Antarctic Journey, or spot a Koala at the Reserve. All this only 90 minutes from Melbourne, which makes Phillip Island the perfect destination for a weekend getaway for families with kids of all ages.

Penguin Galore on Phillip Island

Discover why Penguin Parade is the island’s top attraction! You can catch the world’s smallest penguin every night at sunset as they waddle from their daily sea adventures to their homes in the sand dunes. It’s a magical experience and is a favourite amongst our young guests who can learn more about these penguins and the research that goes on to protect the island’s wildlife. The Penguin Parade Visitor Centre also features informative displays, gift shops, café, toilets and a theatre, it is the perfect activity for kids on Phillip Island!

Do note that photography and filming of the penguins is not allowed.
